Dr. Allan Schaffran received his DDS degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in 1973. He is a Diplomat of the American Society of Osseointegration, a Fellow and member of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the European Academy of Osseointegration. Dr. Schaffran has been a course director and lecturer in prosthetic training since 1986, has been published in major peer-reviewed implant journals, and has lectured extensively throughout North America and Europe. He is co-founder of Implant Ingenuity Inc., a research and development company that designs and develops devices facilitating the surgical and prosthetic process. He maintains a private practice and an education centre in Toronto, which focuses on tooth replacement services utilizing dental implants.
